OURROC-SWF continues a long tradition of maintaining an organization for the benefit of our Member Parks in Southwest Florida. We offer information and support through our member meetings in fall, winter and spring season as well as throughout the summer and anytime through email to our president.
The focus of OURROC-SWF continues to be Resident Owned Communities and Professional Members who provide service and support to the parks in the Southwest Florida area. In addition to our Florida Statute required Board Training Conferences, presentations have focused on insurance, hurricane preparation, legal issues affecting Resident Owned Communities, and “roundtable discussions” focusing on member-generated concerns.
